Whether you are taking a summer break, escaping the winter for a week or two or taking an extended break we can take care of your home ensuring that you have peace of mind and don't have to rely on neighbours, friends or family to watch your home while you are away.Included in our prices are the following services, checks of your home:
- Exterior doors checked for any signs of forced entry
- Windows checked for any signs of forced entry
- Exterior visual inspection of home for any storm damage
- Check toilets, sinks, faucets & showers for any leaks
- Flush all toilets to clear stagnant water
- Check furnace/pilot light
- Remove all flyers/newspapers from front of property
- Water indoor plants
- Chemical treatment of hot tub
- Collect mail from mail box
- Engine turnover of vehicles left at the property
- Use of air freshener upon each visit to eliminate stale air
- lighting, curtains & blinds adjusted to give the home a lived in look
- Snow removal from pathway, driveway and sidewalk, please ask about pricing.
- Report card filed after each visit.
- Email or text sent to you after each visit.
- Heating, AC adjusted should you wish for your return home.
- Arrangements can also be made with yourselves to have mail forwarded to your holiday/vacation address (if applicable).

- hot tub refilled if drained over winter plus chemicals added.
- return home shopping to save you having to go grocery shopping after your trip (one store only visit).
- Please note there are no additional charges for check ins for statutory holidays.
